TPS6282x是一款通用且易于使用的同步降壓型直流/直流轉(zhuǎn)換器,具有僅4μA的極低靜態(tài)電流。此系列器件具有可提供高達3A的輸出電壓(TPS62823)。此產(chǎn)品基于DCS-Control?拓撲,可實現(xiàn)快速瞬態(tài)響應(yīng)。
由于具有內(nèi)部基準,此產(chǎn)品可在-40°C至125°C的結(jié)溫范圍內(nèi)以高達1%的反饋電壓精度將輸出電壓調(diào)節(jié)到低至0.6V。整個引腳對引腳器件系列可與470nH的小型電感器結(jié)合使用。
TPS6282x可以超輕負載時自動進入省電模式,并能保持高效率。
該器件具有電源正常信號和內(nèi)部軟啟動電路。它能夠以100
TPS6282x采用2 x 1.5mm QFN-8封裝,具有引腳對引腳和BOM對BOM兼容性。
