PACS是實(shí)現(xiàn)醫(yī)學(xué)圖象信息管理的重要條件，它對(duì)醫(yī)學(xué)影像的采集、顯示、儲(chǔ)存、交換
和輸出進(jìn)行數(shù)字化處理，最終實(shí)現(xiàn)圖象的數(shù)字化存檔管理和傳輸。PACS的目標(biāo)是實(shí)現(xiàn)醫(yī)學(xué)影像在醫(yī)院內(nèi)外的迅速傳輸和共享，使醫(yī)生或病人本人能隨時(shí)隨地獲得需要的醫(yī)學(xué)圖象。本文從身份認(rèn)證、數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)和行為監(jiān)控這3個(gè)層次設(shè)計(jì)和實(shí)現(xiàn)了分布式PACS系統(tǒng)的安全框架的核心部分。

Abstract: PACS is the realization of the medical image information management an important
condition for its acquisition of medical imaging, display, storage, exchange and output for digital processing, the ultimate realization of the digital image archive management and transmission. The goal is to achieve the PACS medical imaging in hospitals inside and outside the rapid transfer and sharing, so that doctors and patients by the time I can get needed medical images. In this paper, in this the core of the security framework of a distributed PACS system is designed and implemented on3-level of authentication, database monitoring and behavior.
