在電子器件測量儀器設(shè)計中，基于微處理器的手持式LCR 數(shù)字電橋，操作簡便，測量精度高，應用范圍廣泛。本文介紹基于MSP430F449 微控制器的手持式LCR 數(shù)字電橋的
設(shè)計與實現(xiàn)。使用的FPGA 技術(shù)，使硬件結(jié)構(gòu)更緊湊。實現(xiàn)了自動選擇測量量程以及自動分選等功能。電橋的測量范圍R：0~999.9MΩ；L：0.1uH~9999H，C：0.1nF~9999F，測量精度：0.5%。電池電壓:：9v，電流：60mA。

Abstract: In the parameter measuring instruments, since the handhold LCR meter based on the
microprocessor has the advantages of simple operation, high precision, strong stability etc., it gets wide application. This thesis implements a handhold LCR meter based on microprocessor
MSP430F449. The circuit developed is simple and compact because the FPGA technique is used. The device can change the standard resistances automatically during the measurement and can classify the parameters automatically. The limit setup range is that: R:0~999.9MΩ ； L: 0.1uH~9999H, C: 0.1nF~9999F, the accuracy of the meter is 0.5%, the power supply is 9V and the current consumption is 60mA.
