      資料介紹

      傳統(tǒng)GNSS前端接收機系統(tǒng)中，可變增益放大器（VGA）不具備濾波功能，大多數(shù)選用片外濾波，這樣系統(tǒng)增益和集成度降低，而系統(tǒng)集成的波器選頻性能有限。為此，設(shè)計一種具有濾波功能的可變增益放大器，采用0.5μm SiGe HBT工藝，可控增益單元與G m -C濾波單元集成一體，并運用4晶體管回轉(zhuǎn)器結(jié)構(gòu)實現(xiàn)濾波。電路驅(qū)動電壓為3.3V，電流為11.7mA，線性增益控制范圍為-26～62dB，且電壓控制范圍為0～1.8V，最小增益下輸入1dB壓縮點為-4dBm?？勺冊鲆娣糯笃麟娐凡粌H具備大的增益控制范圍
      Abstract:
      ?In the traditional GNSS front-end receiver system，the variable gain amplifier（VGA）doesn’t have the filtering function，so the off-chip filter is often used in the system.Mostly the off-chip filtering is used to lower both of the system gain and the integration level，whereas the frequency-selective property of the system integration filter is limited.Thus，we designed a new type of VGA，which carried a filtering function.In this design，the VGA used0.5μm SiGe HBT process technology，the controllable gain unit and the Gm-C filtering unit were integrated，and the filtering function was realized through the application of four transistors Gyrator structure.The circuit’s driving voltage is3.3V，the current is11.7mA，the range of the linear gain control is from-26dB to62dB，and the range of the voltage control is from0V to1.8V.Under the smallest gain，the1dB compression point is-4dBm.The VGA circuit possesses not only a great range of gain control，but also a good filtering performance in IF46MHz，which will increase the integration level of the chip，and reduce the power consumption of the system.
