隨著計算機(jī)技術(shù)、微電子技術(shù)和網(wǎng)絡(luò)化技術(shù)的迅猛發(fā)展，儀器儀表將向著智能化、
網(wǎng)絡(luò)化、虛擬化的方向發(fā)展。本文從以下三方面對系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了描述：1. 系統(tǒng)總體設(shè)計，包括軟件設(shè)計(TCP/IP 協(xié)議的實現(xiàn))和硬件接口的設(shè)計部分；2. 網(wǎng)絡(luò)儀表與現(xiàn)場設(shè)備接口硬件設(shè)計；3. 網(wǎng)絡(luò)儀表接入Internet 的軟件設(shè)計，包括總體的軟件設(shè)計的思想和具體實現(xiàn)的方法。

Abstract: As the development of the computer technology, micro electronic technology and the internet technology, the apparatus and the instrument is becoming intelligent, and visualized. The system is described as follows: 1. The design methods of the system, including the main ideas of software designs and the interface of the hardware designs; 2. The design and the realization of the network instrument and the hardware interface of the of field facilities; 3. The software design of the connecting of network instrument and internet.
