設(shè)計(jì)并實(shí)現(xiàn)了一種基于AMETEK的JOFRA ATC系列干體爐的熱電偶、熱電阻新型快速自動(dòng)檢定系統(tǒng)。該系統(tǒng)不僅控溫精度高，而且極大地縮短了檢定時(shí)間，并且解決了不同型號(hào)的熱電偶和熱電阻進(jìn)行混合檢定的實(shí)際需求，顯著提高了檢定效率。該系統(tǒng)結(jié)合強(qiáng)大的計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)，采用微軟VC++6.0進(jìn)行軟件編程和EXCEL作為數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)，實(shí)現(xiàn)了熱電偶和熱電阻的自動(dòng)檢定、數(shù)據(jù)存儲(chǔ)、報(bào)表打印、歷史記錄查詢等功能，具有操作簡(jiǎn)單、高速快捷、穩(wěn)定可靠等特點(diǎn)。

【Abstract】A new fast automatic verification system for thermocouple and thermal resistance based on AMETEK ATC series Dry Block Calibrator is designed and implemented. All kinds of Thermocouple and Thermal Resistance can be verified at the same time, so the time of automatic verification will be shortened. The system combined with the computer technology is programmed with VC++6.0 and EXCEL as database and implements many functions of auto- verification, data storage, report printing and history record searching. The trait of this system is simple operation, high speed and stabilization.
