論述了利用計算機測控技術(shù)研制成功的疊加式稱重測試系統(tǒng)的基本原理、測量數(shù)學模型及其實現(xiàn)方法. 提出測量數(shù)據(jù)處理的最小二乘法決策方法,該方法依據(jù)測試結(jié)果數(shù)據(jù),進行曲線擬合分析、對比. 實驗結(jié)果表明,利用該數(shù)據(jù)處理方法,可以提高系統(tǒng)測量精度及穩(wěn)定性.

Abstract : The principle , mathematical model of measurement , and implementation procedure of superpositional weigh2 ing system designed successfully with computerized measuring technique are discussed. A lest square decision2making method for measured2data processing is presented , where the analysis and comparison of fitted curves are conducted ac2 cording to the results of measured data. The experiment shows that , by using this method of data processing , the system measurement accuracy and stability can be higher.
