Fully Automated Mea uring Apparatu of Thermal Conductivity by u ing Qua i_ teady State Method

摘要在對準穩(wěn)態(tài)法測量導熱系數(shù)原理分析的基礎上，研制了一套用準穩(wěn)態(tài)法測量導熱系數(shù)的實驗裝置，克服了以往準穩(wěn)態(tài)法導熱系數(shù)測量裝置中存在的一些不足，同時開發(fā)了運行于Windows 環(huán)境下的全自動測量軟件。最后利用已知熱物性數(shù)據(jù)的標準試樣有機玻璃對裝置進行了檢驗。實驗結果表明，所研制的實驗裝置能夠準確地測得一定范圍內(nèi)固體試樣的導熱系數(shù)，并可滿足實際工程
導熱系數(shù)測量的需要。

Abstract On the basis of analysis of the principle of the quasi-steady state technique to measure the thermal conductivity，a fully automated apparatus to measure the thermal conductivity was developed.Many disadvantages in previous apparatus had been overcome. In addition，automatic measurement software running in Windows environment was developed. Finally，the apparatus was tested with a calibrated sample of which the thermal property data are known.The experimental results indicated that the apparatus is able to measure thermal conductivity of solid samples precisely in certain range and meet the requirements in engineering application.
