描述

CD4067B和CD4097B CMOS模擬多路復(fù)用器/多路分解器*是數(shù)字控制的模擬開關(guān)，具有低導(dǎo)通阻抗，低OFF漏電流和內(nèi)部地址解碼。此外，導(dǎo)通電阻在整個(gè)輸入信號(hào)范圍內(nèi)相對(duì)恒定。 CD4067B是一個(gè)16通道多路復(fù)用器，帶有四個(gè)二進(jìn)制控制輸入A，B，C，D和一個(gè)禁止輸入，其排列方式使得任何輸入組合都可以選擇一個(gè)開關(guān)。

CD4067B和CD4097B類型提供24 -lead密封雙列直插式陶瓷封裝（F3A后綴），24引腳雙列直插塑料封裝（E后綴），24引腳小外形封裝（M，M96和NSR后綴），以及24-鉛薄收縮小外形封裝（P和PWR后綴）。

Low ON resistance: 125 (typ.) over 15 V_p-p signal-input range for V_DD - V_SS = 15 V
High OFF resistance: channel leakage of ±10 pA (typ.) @ V_DD - V_SS = 10 V
Matched switch characteristics: R_ON = 5 (typ.) for V_DD - V_SS = 15 V
Very low quiescent power dissipation under all digital-control input and supply conditions: 0.2 uW (typ.) @ V_DD - V_SS = 10 V
Binary address decoding on chip
5-V, 10-V, and 15-V parametric ratings
100% tested for quiescent current at 20 V
Maximum input current of 1 μA at 18 V over full package-temperature range; 100nA at 18 V and 25°C
Meets all requirements of JEDEC Tentative Standard No. 13A, "Standard Specifications for Description of 'B' Series CMOS Devices"
Applications:
- Analog and digital multiplexing and demultiplexing
- A/D and D/A conversion
- Siganl gating

* When these devices are used as demultiplexers, the channel in/out terminals are the outputs and the common out/in terminals are the inputs.
