      描述

      TMP23x器件是精密CMOS集成電路線性模擬溫度傳感器系列，輸出電壓與溫度成正比工程師可用于多種模擬溫度傳感應(yīng)用。這些溫度傳感器比市場(chǎng)上類似的引腳兼容器件更精確，具有0°C至+ 70°C±0.5°C和±1°C的典型精度。該系列的增加精度適用于許多模擬溫度傳感應(yīng)用。 TMP235器件在-40°C至+ 150°C的整個(gè)溫度范圍內(nèi)提供10 mV /°C的正斜率輸出，電源電壓范圍為2.3 V至5.5 V.較高增益的TMP236傳感器提供19.5 mV的正斜率輸出/°C，-10°C至+ 125°C，電源電壓范圍為3.1 V至5.5 V.
