基于ANSYS的橋面鋪裝溫度場(chǎng)與溫度應(yīng)力模擬分析:針對(duì)目前道路溫度場(chǎng)及橋面鋪裝層車載應(yīng)力研究頗多，但橋面鋪裝層溫度場(chǎng)及溫度應(yīng)力研究匱乏的情況，在大量實(shí)測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)的基礎(chǔ)上，采用統(tǒng)計(jì)優(yōu)化的方法提出了瀝青混凝土橋面鋪裝溫度經(jīng)驗(yàn)公式。以具體實(shí)體結(jié)構(gòu)為例，將橋面板和瀝青混凝土鋪裝層作為統(tǒng)一的力學(xué)分析體系，采用三維有限元軟件對(duì)橋面鋪裝溫度場(chǎng)進(jìn)行了模擬，并對(duì)極值溫度作用下鋪裝層內(nèi)部最大主應(yīng)力、最大剪應(yīng)力進(jìn)行了計(jì)算，分析了鋪裝層厚度和模量對(duì)橋面鋪裝受力狀態(tài)的影響，研究了橋面鋪裝體系的力學(xué)特性和應(yīng)力變化規(guī)律。

Abstract: In view of the research about temperature field of road and load stress of bridge deck pavement is much, but the research about temperature field and temperature stress of bridge deck pavement is little, the empirical formulas for temperature stress of asphalt concrete bridge deck pavement are presented by the statistical optimizing method on the basis of much actual data. The bridge deck and asphalt concrete pavement are analyzed as unified mechanical system with the example of solid structure. The temperature field of asphalt concrete bridge deck pavement is stimulated by three-dimensional finite-element software, and the maximum principal stress and the maximum shear stress in bridge deck pavement under the effect of the maximum and minimum temperatures are calculated. The effect of module and thickness on the stress of bridge deck pavement is analyzed. The mechanical characters and the varying regularity of stress about the system of bridge deck pavement are studied.
