繼電器在工業(yè)控制中用途越來(lái)越廣泛，各繼電器生產(chǎn)廠商不斷尋求先進(jìn)的檢測(cè)方法和設(shè)備，基于此作者開(kāi)發(fā)了將微機(jī)控制技術(shù)應(yīng)用在電壽命試驗(yàn)的自動(dòng)化水平高、可靠性高、功能強(qiáng)大的檢測(cè)系統(tǒng)。文章主要介紹了該系統(tǒng)的硬件結(jié)構(gòu)、A/D 采樣監(jiān)測(cè)方法中先進(jìn)的采集方式，以及系統(tǒng)的應(yīng)用軟件。該系統(tǒng)在試驗(yàn)室運(yùn)行良好，并最終應(yīng)用到了許多繼電器生產(chǎn)廠家，為繼電器電壽命試驗(yàn)以及試驗(yàn)之后的數(shù)據(jù)分析提供了可靠的保證。

Abstracts：The application of Electromagnetic-Relay in Control becomes wider and wider, all factories are incessantly searching the advanced methods of testing and devices. A system of Relay Electric Endurance Test which using the Computer-Controlling technology is developed , with the high level of Automation and Reliability, more functions . The text mainly introduces the hardware-structure、advanced mode of A/D sampling and applications of the system. The system has run well at lab and been applied to many factories, providing the reliable guarantee for Relay Electric Endurance Test and Analysis of the Data.
