Abstract: The core of this system is Petroleum Determination Instrument by non-Disperse
Infrared spectrophotometry. Relying on this instrument, we can measure the content of pollutant of mineral oil and vegetable oil in water. It is small and has higher sensitivity and stability and suitable for using open-air. Adopt special interference filter. The system is controlled by singlechip and turned the absorption of the infrared into the oil concentration finally. The design of structure of light source had a tremendous influence to the performance of the whole machine. Adopting spherical mirror and plane mirror can notablely improve the utilization of the light source in the system of light source. Adopting operating software of singlechip system.
