在實(shí)驗(yàn)研究的基礎(chǔ)上分析了采用紅外發(fā)光二極管為光源的氣體傳感器在設(shè)計(jì)中應(yīng)考慮的幾個因素。對四種設(shè)計(jì)方案進(jìn)行了比較,從而提出了雙光源四探測器的新型多光路光學(xué)系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)方案。采用這種光學(xué)系統(tǒng)不但可以對溫度、環(huán)境、氣室塵染、器件失配等引起的干擾進(jìn)行補(bǔ)償,而且還可以對由光源發(fā)光功率和探測器響應(yīng)度變化引起的傳感器靈敏度的波動進(jìn)行補(bǔ)償。對新光學(xué)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行的實(shí)驗(yàn)分析表明,該光學(xué)系統(tǒng)的長期工作穩(wěn)定性和溫度穩(wěn)定性都優(yōu)于其它設(shè)計(jì)方案。

Abstract : Based on experiment study , several factors are analyzed in the design of infrared gas sensor in which infrared L ED is used as light source , and four schemes are compared in this paper. A new multi2pass optic system is constructed in which two sources and four detectors are used. The interference of environment and optic parts can be compensated very well in the system. The experiment analysis indicates that the long2time work stability and temperate stability are better than other schemes.
