      描述

      TPS62085，TPS62086和TPS62087器件是高頻同步降壓轉(zhuǎn)換器，經(jīng)優(yōu)化具有小解決方案尺寸和高效率兩大優(yōu)點。該器件具有2.5V至6.0V的輸入電壓范圍，
      支持常見的電池技術(shù)。此轉(zhuǎn)件器在中輸程寬調(diào)制（PWM）模式，并在輕負(fù)載時自動進入省電模式運行，從而在整個負(fù)載電流軌道內(nèi)保持高效率。

      為了滿足系統(tǒng)電源軌的需求，內(nèi)部補償電路支持10μF到達150uF的寬范圍外部輸出電容值選項。憑借DCS-Control架構(gòu)，該器件可實現(xiàn)出色的負(fù)載瞬態(tài)性能和輸出穩(wěn)壓精度。這些器件采用2mm x 2mm QFN封裝。
