      描述

      TPS62088器件是一款高頻同步降壓轉換器，經(jīng)優(yōu)化具有小解決方案尺寸和高效率等特性。該器件的輸入電壓范圍對于2.4V至5.5V，該轉換器在中等程度的負載到高負載時運行于脈寬調制（PWM）模式，并在輕負載時自動進入省電模式運行，從而在整個負載電流范圍內保持高效率.4MHz的開關頻率允許TPS62088使用小型外部組件。憑借其所有的DCS-control架構，可實現(xiàn)出色的負載瞬態(tài)性能和輸出電壓調節(jié)精度。其他特性還具有過流保護，熱關斷保護，有源輸出放電和電源良好指示等其他特性。該器件采用6引腳WCSP封裝。
