ERP 不僅是一套先進的計算機管理軟件，也是一種新型的管理思想和模式。它能對
企業(yè)的多種資源進行計劃和控制，從而達到增加企業(yè)競爭力的目的。BPR 強調對現(xiàn)有的業(yè)務流程進行根本的再思考和徹底的再設計，以建立全新的流程型組織結構，促進經營管理水平得到改善。BPR 與ERP 的理性整合，對企業(yè)進行改造以提高其競爭力是一個充滿挑戰(zhàn)的課題，必須處理好它們之間的關系，否則將事與愿違。根據(jù)BPR 與ERP 的基本思想和原理，結合中國企業(yè)的實際，分析了兩者之間的關系，認為BPR 和ERP 在現(xiàn)代企業(yè)建設中互相依賴、互相促進，只有把兩者理性整合起來，才能取得預期的良好效果。

Abstract ERP(Enterprise Resources Planning) is not only an advanced computer software,but
also a new management idea and model. It offers an overall planning and a strict controlling of the resources in the enterprise with the aim to boost its competition. BPR(Business Process
Reengineering) highlights the improvement of the business process and therefore basically
redesigns the current working process of the corporation in order to attain radical achievements in quality and service. It is an important issue for enterprises to study BPR and ERP to increase their abilities of competition. This paper develops the definition of principles and the relationship of BPR and ERP. Finally, on the basis of the analysis of the actual situation of the Chinese corporations, we get the conclusion that the reasonable integration of BPR and ERP is the inevitable trend of the development of modern enterprise management.
