TPS6280x器件系列是一款降壓轉(zhuǎn)換器,具有2.3μA的典型靜態(tài)電流以及最高的效率和最小的解決方案尺寸。憑借TI的DCS-Control?拓?fù)?,該器件能夠使用微型電感器和電容器工作,并且具有高達(dá)4MHz /1.5MHz的開關(guān)頻率。在輕負(fù)載條件下,該器件會(huì)無縫進(jìn)入省電模式,以縮短開關(guān)周期并保持高效率。
將VSEL /MODE引腳連接到GND可以選擇1.2V的固定輸出電壓。只需將一個(gè)外部電阻器連接到VSEL /MODE引腳,就可選擇16種內(nèi)部設(shè)置的輸出電壓。一個(gè)集成R2D(電阻器到數(shù)字)轉(zhuǎn)換器可讀取外部電阻器并設(shè)置輸出電壓。只需更改單個(gè)電阻器,即可將同一個(gè)器件部件號(hào)用于不同的應(yīng)用和電壓軌。此外,與傳統(tǒng)的外部電阻分壓器網(wǎng)絡(luò)相比,內(nèi)部設(shè)置的輸出電壓可提供更高的精度。該器件啟動(dòng)之后,直流/直流轉(zhuǎn)換器將進(jìn)行入強(qiáng)制PWM模式(通在該工作模式下,此器件通常以4MHz /1.5MHz的開關(guān)頻率運(yùn)行,從而能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)最低的輸出電壓紋波.TPS6280x器件系列采用具有0.35mm間距的微型6引腳WCSP封裝。
